Personnel

          This is part of the production research, the personnel is neededor the production as there are people who can work for a media industry with the skills of designing and producing technolodgy and for a personnel to happean then a media industry would have multple personnel for specific parts of the production of the media technology as there are some personnel who are good at one part of the production and then there is another personnel who is good at producing the other part of the product.
